Link an External Blog on Shopify

As you might know that you can add an external link from online store's navigation into a blog that is created by a third party platform but you've not known how to do yet. Therefore, this writing is generated to guide you step by step how to add a link into a blog. 

How to link an external blog

• Step 1: Select Navigation
• Step 2: Choose the menu name
• Step 3: Choose Add a new menu item or an existing one to edit
• Step 4: Enter a link name
• Step 5: Copy and paste the link into the blog
• Step 6: Save

 

Step 1: Select Navigation

Login your Shopify admin account > go to Online store > Select Navigation

 

 Step 2: Choose the menu name

Click on the blog title which you want to edit

 

Step 3: Choose Add a new menu item or an existing one to edit

In this step, you can choose to add a link in a new menu item by click on Add menu item or you can also choose an existing menu to add the link by click on the menu name

 

Step 4: Enter a link name

Just enter the name you want into the Name field

 

Step 5: Copy and paste the link into the blog

In this step, just copy the link and paste it into the Link field

After filling the name and the link, click on the Add button on the very bottom right of the page

 

Step 6: Save

Remember to press the Save button after completing all the steps above
